Han Ilhan | President & CEO

Mr. Ilhan is a highly regarded mining executive with capabilities spanning the entire mine life cycle from scoping, exploration, feasibility, licensing & permitting, design, construction, supply chain, commissioning, financial management, management of operations, maintenance, and reclamation. Mr. Ilhan joins Aldridge from an international mining company with operations in Turkey where he served as Vice President of Projects and Country Manager of Turkey Operations.

Mr. Ilhan is a professional engineer and earned his Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Boğaziçi University in Istanbul, Turkey and Master of Geotechnical Engineering at Oregon State University. Prior to his most recent position, Han spent 26 years in progressive engineering, management, and leadership roles at URS Corporation (“URS”), a leading provider of engineering, construction, and technical services for public agencies and private sector companies around the world. Mr. Ilhan was most recently the Vice President and Director of Global Mining Business at URS, where he provided engineering and environmental services to the mining industry in over 20 countries. His experience includes project identification, evaluation, planning, and development, with a strong emphasis on environmental risk minimization and sustainable development. His specific technical expertise in the mining industry includes engineering, environmental, social risk management, and technical planning in the design and construction of heap leach facilities, water supply and diversion systems, pollution prevention measures, waste storage facilities, and mine closure and reclamation projects.


Dennis Ferringo | Consultant/Sr. Program Manager

Ferrigno has been an industry leader for 40+ years in the Energy, Power, Mining and Natural Resources sectors. His subject matter expertise is in development, financing (Greenfield and Brownfield), front end engineering, design, EPC-construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and operations support.

He has supported clients as Owner Representative, Engineer of Record, and Certification as Canadian NI43101 Qualified Person as well as directly managing multi Billion US Dollar complex EPC Heavy Industry Projects world-wide. Included is key expertise in Start-up; Operational Readiness, and Site Operations (Industrial, Nuclear).

Dennis has held senior executive roles with Fortune 500 companies with Profit & Loss/ Operations responsibility with managing projects with over $2 B/year in contract work. Dennis has transitioned companies and organizations through Mergers and Acquisitions and large organization workforce transitions.

He has extensive domestic and international energy and natural resource experience for technology demonstration and development, engineering, procurement, construction, Nuclear and Fossil Power, Energy and Natural Resource Sectors. His key responsibilities have been Project Management, Strategic Planning, Engineering & Construction, Merger and Acquisition, Conduct of Operations (Nuclear and Fossil), Workforce transition, Program Troubleshooting, Performance Metrics, Operational Readiness, Commissioning and Complex troubled project turn-around.

Dennis has chaired joint ventures and board member in Mine Operations; Nuclear Facility Operations; Nuclear Conduct of Operations, and large infrastructure production facilities and operations. He has held USA federal appointments as advisor to the US Secretary of Commerce, US Secretary of Energy and State Government. Most recently, after retiring from the DOE Environmental Management Advisory Board as Vice-Chairman he was honored by Secretary Moniz for 15 years of service with specific thanks in Project Management; Asset Re-Vitalization; and High Level Waste Subject Matter Expertise.


Prof. Dr. Zafir Ekmekçi | Consultant - Flotation

Dr. Ekmekçi is working as a lecturer and researcher at Hacettepe University, Mining Engineering Department, Division of Mineral Processing, Ankara, Turkey. He is also a co-founder of Hacettepe Mineral Technologies Inc., a spin-off company at Hacettepe Technology Development Centre.

He has been involved in a number of national and international projects and research works on flotation chemistry, design and optimization of flotation plants. He has given short courses and workshops on electrochemistry of flotation in University of Cape Town, JKMRC and Aalto University (Finland). He has 87 papers published in international journals and conference proceedings.

Dr. Ekmekçi is based in Ankara.


Greg MORRIS | Trafigura Projects General Manager

Vladimir SALATIC | Trafigura Corporate Metallurgist, Principal Process Engineer

Mr. Salatic holds a B.Sc. Degree in Mineral Processing from the University of Belgrade, Serbia. Holds dual citizenship, Serbian and Canadian. He has 25 years of experience in technical and management positions related to the Flotation Plant Operations in Serbia, Canada, Tunisia, Honduras, Mexico, Spain, DRC and Cuba. Expert in the fine grinding and beneficiation of fine grained disseminated polymetallic sulphides by means of flotation. Other strengths are organizational and operational knowledge of the complex flotation concentrators. Strongly involved in worldwide Due Diligence reports of mining Operations as a part of Trafigura Mining Technical Team. Recently, as a Commissioning Director, finished commissioning of Pb/Zn Concentrator in Cuba including ramp-up/start-up operations towards projected production. Language skills include English, Spanish, French and Slavic languages (Serbian is a native language).


Tembani ZVINOERA Principal Geologist | Trafigura, Johannesburg

Mr. Zvinoera is a qualified geologist with a BSc Honours degree in geology from the University of Zimbabwe. He has more than 20 years of experience in mineral exploration and resource / project evaluation. He also gathered significant experience in production geology and Mineral Resource Management over the years and is proficient in resource modelling and estimation across various commodities. He is a member of South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions (SACNASP) and the Geological Society of South Africa (GSSA). His specific technical expertise in the mining industry includes evaluation of mineral projects, grade control processes and procedures, risk profiling, implementation and review of exploration programs and resource estimation.


Manuel AROS | Mining Engineer, MAUSIMM (CP)

Mining Engineer with over 10 years of experience in consulting, software, mining and commodity trading companies including scoping/pre-feasibility/feasibility studies, mine planning/scheduling, budgeting, equipment selection, cost modeling and financial evaluation.

Proactive and strong analytical skills, continuously generating new initiatives that improve the efficiency of the business.

Broad knowledge in all aspects of the mineral industry, including geophysics, geology, mining, mineral processing, project valuation and metal markets, resulting in comprehensive knowledge of the business. Worked in operations/projects/due diligences in most commodities and mining jurisdictions with recent focus on financial modeling.

Fluent in English and Spanish (native). Chilean and Australian citizen.


Mr Joubert holds a Chemical Engineering degree in Minerals Processing from the University of Stellenbosh. He has 26 years experience in the Mining industry. He is a process engineer with experience in process designs, project management and process operations. His field of experience extends from process beneficiation , hydro metallurgy through pyro-metallurgy in both base metals and ferrous and coal industries. He also gathered significant experience in the field of mineralogy, mining and techno economical modelling. Mr Joubert is responsible for the processing excellence of any project or due diligence as well as the techno economical modelling.


Levent is our Finance Director. He is a Turkish Certified Public Accountant and has an Independent Auditor Certificate with over 20 years of experience in various local & multi-national businesses. After 15 years with Ernst&Young, Levent joined Meta Nikel (an affiliate of Zorlu Holding) as the Finance, Budget and Planning Manager (2 years), TRJet Aviation as the CFO (1,5 years), Oztas Construction as the Group CFO (1,5 years), Turkerler Holding as the COO of the Holding Company and the Executive Board Member-Finance of 3 Health PPP Projects amounting to EUR 2 bio (3 years). Levent joined Aldridge Minerals in Feb 2023 as Finance Director. Levent graduated from the Business Administration program at the Anadolu University in Turkey. He is based in our Ankara office.


Cem is HR Director of Aldridge. He graduated from the Gazi University Mechanical Engineering department, later on received an MBA degree from Bilkent University. After his engineering experience 10 years, he continued his career in human resources departments of various mining companies in Turkey and abroad such as Newmont, Alacer Gold, Centerra Gold, Crew Gold, Polimetal, Yıldırım Holding more than 22 years. Cem has joined Aldridge team in August 2022. His experiences in Human Resources are designing HR systems, change management, wage system, performance management, organizational restructuring, talent management, cultural transformation and employee satisfaction, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. He hold also Coaching and Mentoring of EMCC.
