Mr. Ilhan is a highly regarded mining executive with capabilities spanning the entire mine life cycle from scoping, exploration, feasibility, licensing & permitting, design, construction, supply chain, commissioning, financial management, management of operations, maintenance, and reclamation. Mr. Ilhan joins Aldridge from an international mining company with operations in Turkey where he served as Vice President of Projects and Country Manager of Turkey Operations.
Mr. Ilhan is a professional engineer and earned his Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Boğaziçi University in Istanbul, Turkey and Master of Geotechnical Engineering at Oregon State University. Prior to his most recent position, Han spent 26 years in progressive engineering, management, and leadership roles at URS Corporation (“URS”), a leading provider of engineering, construction, and technical services for public agencies and private sector companies around the world. Mr. Ilhan was most recently the Vice President and Director of Global Mining Business at URS, where he provided engineering and environmental services to the mining industry in over 20 countries. His experience includes project identification, evaluation, planning, and development, with a strong emphasis on environmental risk minimization and sustainable development. His specific technical expertise in the mining industry includes engineering, environmental, social risk management, and technical planning in the design and construction of heap leach facilities, water supply and diversion systems, pollution prevention measures, waste storage facilities, and mine closure and reclamation projects.
Mr. Ilhan is based in the Ankara office.
Jim O’Neill is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 30 years of experience, including 15 years in Chief Financial Officer and Vice President roles of Canadian multi-national businesses. Jim has extensive public company financial reporting and analysis experience in the mining sector, and in project management, manufacturing and distribution businesses. Jim graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelor of Business Administration.

Oya Misirdali is a Turkish Certified Public Accountant with over 17 years of experience in various multi-national businesses. After six years with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Oya joined Areva T&D as the Financial Controller of the Turnkey HV Substations Projects Unit in Turkey and then moved to the UK for similar roles with the UK Turnkey Projects Unit and its successor company, Alstom Grid UK. After three years in the UK, Oya moved back to Turkey and worked in senior financial roles in the energy business. Oya joined Aldridge Minerals in May 2016 as Finance Director and was promoted to Vice President Finance in December 2017.
Oya graduated from the Business Administration program at the Middle East Technical University in Turkey. She is based in our Ankara office.
Mr. Cantador (BSc Mechanical Engineer & PMI) is Aldridge Engineering Manager and responsible for Document Control System. He has been participating in the Design, Construction and Commission of several Polymetallic Processing Plants in the latest 11 years. Previously from 2015 he was involved as Engineering Coordinator and Construction Manager in EMINCAR Polymetallic Project in Cuba, owned by Trafigura mining. From 2011 to 2015 had a key role as Engineering Manager in MATSA Expansion Project to 4.4 mta, Trafigura Asset in Spain producing Zn/Pb/Cu concentrates. His expertise extend to Water Treatment facilities and Water Management System, specific areas covered within referred Project. Period from 2008 to 2011, as part of Mining Maintenance and Construction specialized Companies, developed as Construction manager several optimization Projects in MATSA first concentrator and Cobre Las Cruces Mining Facilities in Spain.
After receiving an MBA degree from Çukurova University, Devrim AKSU graduated from the Middle East Technical University with a master’s degree in Human Resources Development in Education. Later on, she graduated from the University of Massachusetts Boston with “International Management” master’s degree and provided the eternal surge of the Turkish flag on the UMASS Boston campus. Devrim AKSU, who earned her first institutional experience in the Turkish Economy Bank, left her position as Human Resources Director after 14 years of working in ASELSAN which is the biggest defence company in Turkey. Devrim Joined Aldridge team on February 2019. She established a new company with her own brand under HR. Devrim Aksu’s expertise is in designing systems mainly for Human Resources Management, employer branding, change management, wage system, performance management, organizational restructuring, talent management, and employee satisfaction. Devrim AKSU, who is also Peryön Central Anatolia’s Chairman of the Board , completed the Professional Coaching courses of Erickson Coaching International in 2015 and received the title of “Assessor”; from the Training Development Center the same year. She certified as “Lego Serious Play Facilitator” and designs workshops for companies. Devrim Aksu is supporting individuals and organizations by professional coaching, counseling and training activities. She defines the greatest achievement of her career as the creation of individuals and organizations that reached their potential and greatest achievement of her life as being the mother of Arya and Aren.
Cemil AKCA, has 30 years of experience in international mining companies in Turkey. In 2008, he joined Aldridge Mineral Mining team. Until 2018, he worked as Permit Manager and since 2019, he served as State Relations Manager. He also has 10 years of public sector experience. Akca is an expert manager. He received his bachelor’s degree in sociology and business administration from Anadolu University and his master’s degree in expropriation law and land acquisition from Ankara University. Within the scope of mining law; Akca carries out all the permit processes and the additional activities required for these permits. his worked produces gold for many international companies in the mining field. Akca is in his Ankara office.
Dr. Ekmekçi is working as a lecturer and researcher at Hacettepe University, Mining Engineering Department, Division of Mineral Processing, Ankara, Turkey. He is also a co-founder of Hacettepe Mineral Technologies Inc., a spin-off company at Hacettepe Technology Development Centre.
He has been involved in a number of national and international projects and research works on flotation chemistry, design and optimization of flotation plants. He has given short courses and workshops on electrochemistry of flotation in University of Cape Town, JKMRC and Aalto University (Finland). He has 87 papers published in international journals and conference proceedings.

Mr. Salatic holds a B.Sc. Degree in Mineral Processing from the University of Belgrade, Serbia. Holds dual citizenship, Serbian and Canadian. He has 25 years of experience in technical and management positions related to the Flotation Plant Operations in Serbia, Canada, Tunisia, Honduras, Mexico, Spain, DRC and Cuba. Expert in the fine grinding and beneficiation of fine grained disseminated polymetallic sulphides by means of flotation. Other strengths are organizational and operational knowledge of the complex flotation concentrators. Strongly involved in worldwide Due Diligence reports of mining Operations as a part of Trafigura Mining Technical Team. Recently, as a Commissioning Director, finished commissioning of Pb/Zn Concentrator in Cuba including ramp-up/start-up operations towards projected production. Language skills include English, Spanish, French and Slavic languages (Serbian is a native language).
Mr. Zvinoera is a qualified geologist with a BSc Honours degree in geology from the University of Zimbabwe. He has more than 20 years of experience in mineral exploration and resource / project evaluation. He also gathered significant experience in production geology and Mineral Resource Management over the years and is proficient in resource modelling and estimation across various commodities. He is a member of South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions (SACNASP) and the Geological Society of South Africa (GSSA). His specific technical expertise in the mining industry includes evaluation of mineral projects, grade control processes and procedures, risk profiling, implementation and review of exploration programs and resource estimation.
Mining Engineer with over 10 years of experience in consulting, software, mining and commodity trading companies including scoping/pre-feasibility/feasibility studies, mine planning/scheduling, budgeting, equipment selection, cost modeling and financial evaluation.
Proactive and strong analytical skills, continuously generating new initiatives that improve the efficiency of the business.
Broad knowledge in all aspects of the mineral industry, including geophysics, geology, mining, mineral processing, project valuation and metal markets, resulting in comprehensive knowledge of the business. Worked in operations/projects/due diligences in most commodities and mining jurisdictions with recent focus on financial modeling.
Fluent in English and Spanish (native). Chilean and Australian citizen.
