Aldridge Minerals Inc. was formed 1994 as a minerals exploration company and is trading since August 1995 on the Toronto Venture Stock Exchange (TSX-V: AGM). The company was shaped into its current form after a reverse takeover and complete change of management during 2003-2004.

The board of directors (5 members) consist of experienced professionals from the minerals, and the finance and business consulting markets. The company’s Turkish subsidiary was established in 2005, is located in Ankara, and has 11 employees, as of September 2008.
