Aldridge Minerals Announces Grant of Stock Options to New Directors


TORONTO, November 9, 2010 - Aldridge Minerals Inc. (TSX-V: AGM) ("Aldridge" or the "Company") today announced the Company has granted a total of 400,000 options to new directors appointed to the board on October 29, 2010. All options are exercisable at a price of $0.95 per common share, which reflects the closing price of Aldridge shares on October 29, 2010. The options vest immediately and expire in 5 years. This grant of Options is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
